I was able to copy the CD and get THAT one to install, but, the drivers for the USB device wouldn't install at that time.
It didn't install cuz' it was one of those flakey CD's to begin with. Had you initially installed it and registered the program with Roxio, you could go to "Support" under registration pageįirst, thanks Frank, for the info. You would need to find out why it's not installing properly.Then maybe start looking around for the original program package to see ?
